There's also DOS Master, which lets you have five 140K or 160K volumes on one
800K disk.  For five 160K volumes, you can choose to take a bite out of
the first one to leave room for booting ProDOS (5 * 160 = 800).

I've used this approach with CiderPress' copy & paste to put lots of DOS
stuff onto 800K images that I can use with KEGS or a IIgs.  With the 140K
volumes it's also possible to copy the entire image on and off to 140K
disk images.

DOS Master uses volume numbers.
