I have a Moxa DE-311.  It has a DB-9 connector for the serial port.  I
believe the DE-310 has a DB-25.  Lantronix also makes a few models.
The one I can think of right now is the UDS-10.  Just make sure that
what you buy has the "Ethernet Modem" feature.  This gives you the
ability to telnet out using "ADT192.168.0.200:23".  It also acts like a
modem when someone is "dialing in", sending the "RING" and "CONNECT"
codes to the computer.
