Hi guys,
I own an eMac 1GHz system that came with a combo drive. I just ordered
a Pioneer DVR-110 dvd burner online for upgrading purposes. I've heard
that they install in macs no problem? Has anyone had any experience
with this?
My brother owns a second-hand G3 PowerMac 400MHz blue and white system.
He only has a CD-ROM. My second question is this? Am I able to take
the combo drive coming out of my eMac and install it in his G3? The
drive currently in my eMac is a Philips CDD5301. We are both currently
running OS 10.3 with all the updates.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
