Get an "empty" .nib file and let SST do the job. The program will run on
your emulator and has an option to combine two dsk images from Drive 1
onto one nib image at Drive 2.
Of course the program asks for "disks" because that time the emulator
was not invented yet. However, the target disk image has to be in nib
format, the two sources are dsk.
