Sorry, guys. I had to remove the CD image, as Apple's legal department
isn't really thrilled with it being given out without Apple's written
permission.

They have that right to request an immediate removal through the law
known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as they are the
copyright and intellectual property rights owner.

They prefer that people obtain Apple software directly from Apple,
through purchases, or from someone with special authorization from Apple
(e.g. Syndicomm for Apple II system software).

I have no interest in causing problems for myself, Apple, or the Apple
II community, so I have removed all copies of the disk image. I trust
that will be the end of the matter.
