I found some additional documentation that might interest you. It 
wouldn't fit on the disk; perhaps I can email it to you.

If I understand the term correctly, this implementation uses indirect 
threaded code, as discussed here:

No, but ProDOS offers strong benefits for hosting Forth, including more 
usable RAM and a clean disk interface.
