PowerBook 520 help!

Hey all,

    	I just received an old Powerbook 520 from my mother with the 7.1 
os in the french language. I have no problems with having it in 
french, but would rather have it in english.
My questions would be how can I switch the os to english? Do i need to 
reinstall the OS? I tried booting up with the install me first disk, 
but was going to install it again in french. By the look of these disk 
they should have 3 diff languages (english, french, and i think 
spanish).
Would i need to formt or erase the disk first then try reinstalling, 
or is there some language settings in the bios...if apple have bios 
settings...!!!!!

Here are the disk i received with the puter:
- Install Me First
- Additions
- Goodies
- Disk Tools
- Printing & Fonts

Everytime i try to use one of these disks everything is in french. 
Could someone please help me out on figuring this out with out saying 
trow it out :o). Thanks
