Apple IIGS

I'm trying to install a second printer on my IIGS, but I can't seem to
figure how to do it.  The reference books for AppleWorks GS are not
very helpful either.  This is what I have found in the AppleWorksGS
User's Guide:

To Choose A Printer:

1.  Choose the Choose Printer command from the File menu (This option
doesn't even show up in the File menu.

It shows picture with printer type, printer port and so on.

Is something else I have to do in order to see this Choose Printer
option in the File menu?

The only printer that shows up when I try to print is the Imagewrtier,
which only prints garbage.  Does anyone know what the Imagewriter II
settings should be in the control panel?

Secondly, is it possible to use 3 3.5" drives on the IIGS?  I have 3
drives but It won't recognize the 3rd drive.  So I'm using 2 3.5" dives
and one 5 1/4" drive.
