I updated the web pages. Basically, the steps are (1) install Java
followed by (2) launch the application from the link. Alternatively, (2)
could be download to your hard drive followed by (3) double-click on file.
I put a bit more verbiage on the site as well as links to what I think is
the "easy" download and install for Java. That tends to be the hard
part... finding Java, that is. Really... :-(
Let me know if that's enough to get you started.
