I can't get to mine at the moment, but I recall that it's a dirt-simple circuit. Just start replacing the 74xx "jellybean" logic from the nearest scrap box until it comes alive. If the EPROM is bad (which is possible, given the age) I'll be glad to grab an image from mine when house renovations are complete...
