Re: Apple II with Lantronix?

The Lantronix UDS-10 is working now...used a custom IIgs cable, and now I'm
trying to find out how to get rid of the "RING 192.168.1.105" string it
sends....basically, the UDS does the RING, CONNECT, NO CARRIER, etc...but
it's tacking on the IP address to the RING statement which is throwing off
my bbs software. It makes the connection and I can type RING in manually
and get the BBS software to "Wake up and answer", but if I type in RING
192.168.1.105 it just sits there. It's not part of the original Hayes
standard, I don't think, so i'm not sure how to get around it yet. Waiting
to hear back from Lantronix Support

Pete
