I think I figured it out. I could barely make out the word "ZOOM" on
the board, and a little googling turned up ZOOM Technologies who in 1983
made a 300bps modem for the Apple II. So I reckon that must be it.
It's a nasty Apple. Look at that gaping hole in the lid!
