Price difference between 90 and 150 watts is usually a buck or two - for the
diff, you usually get a fan and a extra coil. If you want an internal
solution, I recommend power supplies made for 1U rack boxes, for example:

It's Jameco, so you know you can get it cheaper elsewhere. I've used a
FoxLink FTPS-0103, which has it's own fan with no problems. I've got it
wired hot, so my system saver is my only switch (I was lazy). The extra
molex plugs are handy too if you're considering some case-bashing.
