No, he said that if he flips the disk it boots another program.

And using both sides of a disk _turned out_ to be quite reliable,
despite all the F.U.D. spread about it way back when.

But Disk2FDI is incapable of reading the back sides of disks, since
they would have to be flipped, and then the index hole cannot be
read by an IBM-style drive.
