Re: Installing Oregon Trail on a hard drive

Hi,
First you need a deprotected copy of Oregon Trail. If the disks are
double sided then you will need some hard code changes to link the 2
together. Once it is deprotected, you can make DOS 3.3 image of it. You
must save the image to a ProdDos partion to run.
You can store the image any where ( hsf) but to run it must be from a
Prodos Partion. If you are using a Ramfast you must run it from either
of the first 2 mapped or is it umapped partions. This one got me. Took
quite a few hours to get what that meant.
