Restoring a Lisa

Sorry for the off topic post, but this seems to be the group with the
most people with knowledge of the Apple Lisa. If it doesn't interest
you, please ignore this post.

I recently rescued a Mac XL that was heading to the scrap heap. I
repaired a problem with the reset circuit and now it powers up and
will boot from a Mac works floppy.

I would like to convert it back to a Lisa 2/10 so I can run the Lisa
OS. It looks like all I need to do is remove the inductor in series
with the yoke and replace the XL ROMs with the Lisa 2 ROMs
(particularly the video ROM). Does anyone know where I can get images
of Lisa ROMs?

The second problem is that the internal 10MB widget drive isn't
working. It spins up, but then every time the system tries to access
the drive, it just sits there seeking once a second for about 2
minutes until it times out. The Mac OS disk utility quits with an
error. Has anyone managed to get one of these drives working? Is
there a way for me to low level format it?
