Sorry, my friend, but even a little bit og Googling should have shown
you this page:

that has a very nice NEC Ultralight, Zenith Minisports, Mac Portables,
Compaqs and more all available in 1989, some even with color screens.
The brain is a fragile structure and memory is often deceived by the
passage of time :-)
