Z5 is the 5th version of Z-code, the code which all Infocom games are 
compiled to.

"Beyond Zork", "Border Zone", and I think there was one other game that 
was in the Z5 format, plus the Solid Gold versions of their games were Z5.

Most of their games, however, were Z3 (Wishbringer, Enchanter, etc.) - and 
it's much easier to get other Z3 games working on the Apple.  (I have a 
program designed just for that purpose, and it works like a charm).  There 
are also Z4 games (Trinity, A Mind Forever Voyaging, etc.) and Z6 games 
(Zork Zero); only the first two Zorks are available in a pre-Z3 format.
