14.31818MHz is typical for machines that are NTSC. For PAL, the crystal
typically is 17.73447MHz.

Just replace the crystal with another that has the marking 14.31818MHz. Or
try to resolder the broken leg if it's possible. Crystals cost something in
the order of $1.50, so it's not expensive or hard to get.
