The fiormware in the IIc+ was a little different. Tehy rewrote teh 3.5dis routines to allow the IIc+ to use a 3.5" drive at 1MHz without needof the daughter/preprocessing board of the Unidisk 3.5" drive. Thenthey put in an accelerator... (Doh!)

So it is unique to the IIc+ but does the basic block I/O necessary forstandard disk access. I do not know about hte firmware for the 5.25"controller.


Maybe do a c600l from the monitor and have a look.
