This one and Rastan were amazing just for the sheer number of pixels
that were being pushed around.

This used "fill mode".  Didn't require much fanciness.  "Mazer II" was
much more impressive.

This one was amazing.  Brooks' earlier helicopter game (the name escapes
me) was fairly impressive too.
