Too many to mention really, but I've always had a soft spot for
Pollywog.  It was a sort of an interactive automaton (ala the "game of
life"), yet the action was dynamic and colorful (it was in lo-res),
and so was the toe-tapping background music - something few II games
(without sound cards) can claim.
