I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong and / or provide more

Not likely.  Joe Kohn has multiple articles published in at leat
InCider / A+ and, as the copyrights have reverted to him, he gets
final say over what happens to them.  Joe has expressed in the past
that he does not want those articles scanned & republished.

I believe Syndicomm/a2central have the exclusive distribution rights
to Softalk/Softdisk.
