IIGS Resurection

I am trying to rescue an ole 01 Rom version IIGS.  I have been trying to
find the drivers for the following hardware.

Vulcan Hard drive by Applied Engineering.  
	- I found the 8 bit basic init program, but not the GS tools.  Any help
where I might locate the disk image would be greatly appreciated.  The
original drive has died, and I do not have the software for the device.

RamKeeper by Applied Engineering.
	- I have not been able to locate the GS disk for this beast either. 
	Apparently there are drivers to enhance and set the DMA, Disk Cache for
	the floppy drives, etc.  The Unit functions correctly with the Driver
	which is placed in the Rom Disk on Creation, for the tool box only.

Also would like the Vulcan Gold rom file, to change out the existing one
for larger drive access.
