They're not _that_ heavy.  I have one, and it can't weigh much more than
5 or 10 pounds.  UPS Ground or Parcel Post should be fairly cheap.  I even
think Priority Mail would get it shipped for far less than $32.  It sounds
like the seller didn't get as much as he hoped for his "ULTRA-RARE! L@@K!"
item as he hoped, and he's trying to gouge on the shipping to "make up" for
it.
