Was this ever de-protected?

I came across a copy of this oldie at a thrift store the other day.
It boots up ok, but the disk makes that lovely "sliding" chugging
sound when it spins, which has always been a sign of impending doom in
my experience.

I'd like to archive this as a disk image, but as it's not a standard
16-sector disk, ADT won't do the job.

I haven't really dug down deep into my Computist archives, but initial
scans have turned up empty...
