Is the VideoTurtle still available?

Hi all,

I have recently heard of a product called the VideoTurtle that will
convert the Apple IIGS RGB signals to S-Video.  However, I couldn't
find a Web page describing the device, nor could I find a place to
order it.  Is the VideoTurtle still available?
