free ftp client for my mac mini

I am new to the mac world. I bought a mac mini and would like to ftp
files to and from my windows server. I tried it with Safari and Firefox
(I know firefox's ftp is a little shady) and I am not that familiar with
Safari's specs. I have been using the terminal to ftp thus far, but I
would like a gui ftp client that I can use for more files/folders. I
tried FetchIt and it was nice, but I don't want to pay for it. What FTP
client are all of you here using on your Mac?
