CiderPress can read the contents of an Apple II SCSI drive
connected to a PC. If you already have an Apple II SCSI
interface then this would be the easiest and cheapest method.
The large number of disks means that you will fill and empty
the drive many times while transferring the files, assuming
one or two 32MB ProDOS 8 partitions.

Since you will have to insert each disk by hand no matter
which method you choose, you can set up a serial link between
the PC and the Apple II and copy the files directly to the PC
without using any media.
