With Gmail SPAM is very rare. Their filters catch just about everything. I find about 1 SPAM message a month in my inbox. The rest automatically go to the trash. I did not have to set up the filter or add addresses to it. It is all built in. It is free, has tons of storage. If anyone in the group wants an account let me know and I'll "invite" you to Gmail.
