When I designed the replica 1 I made an encoder to simulate an Apple II/II+
keyboard from a ps/2 keyboard. I know people have used my ps/2 encoder code
to make ps/2 keyboards work on II+ machines. All you need is a breadboard
with my 40pin micro-controller, 2 capacitors, a crystal, a 16 pin dip
connector and a ps/2 connector.
