I'm debating selling my Video Overlay Card, but before I do so I'd like to get your opinions. Do you think we'll ever see the IIgs 640x400 mode used for anything other than slide-show programs and the like? In other words, will the toolbox ever be moved and patched to really make use of it? Thanks!
The 640x400 mode is an interlaced mode using two display buffers. Interlaced mode creates a lot of small-area flicker, meaning that it will make you crazy if you try to read text in interlaced mode. The IIgs is what it is. -michael New Applesoft BASIC interface for NadaNet networking! Home page: http://members.aol.com/MJMahon/
