I have sent several emails without the hyperlinks and they have
all gone through, I assume, being that I have not received any
undeliverable messages. :o) Question remains now, why is this
happening? Maybe you could check with AOL to find out more.

Bill, I'm glad that you found out what was causing your
messages to be rejected.
As you may know, AOL has long offered a degree of spam filtering
to its users, which they can configure. I have always chosen to
turn this off (the non-default setting).
Recently, they have intensified their "war" on spam, apparently
with good effect. It would not surprise me to find that they
have inserted some "non-optional" filtering in their pursuit of
a spam-free world. ;-)
Your .sig (above) contains two web links and an email link, and
one of the HTTP links is a naked IP address. I can see how a
filter might score this as "likely spam".
Nevertheless, I still resent having my mail "nannied", and will
attempt to get more information from AOL about this.
