I don't have it handy, but I can recreate it (extremely short program):

10 HGR2
20 HCOLOR = 2
30 HPLOT 0,0 TO 0,191
40 HPLOT 0,191 TO 279,191
50 HPLOT 279,191 TO 279,0
60 HPLOT 279,0 TO 0,0

This looks like it should work to me and, in fact, I get three of the
four lines (although the top and bottom lines may be "trimmed" - I
don't know. At any rate, it comes out looking like a big C - the right
hand vertical line is not displayed (so, if it's a code problem then I
would expect line 50 to be the culprit).
