Well, IBS ComputerTechnik according to appl2clones.com was a German clone
maker. Judging from the the SRAM parts and the nicad batteries, I would GUESS
it's a non-volatile ramdisk card. A quick search in google newsgroup reveals
that someone else asked the very same question (08/2004) in this very group.
If anything, you contributed to the discussion as well (and concluded as well
that it's probably a ramdisk card.).
