I had an Apple ][ with Integer Basic in ROM on the motherboard, an
autoStart ROM upgrade, and an AppleSoft Basic ROM card. To get
certain Videx Videoerm software to work correctly with AppleWriter
][, I had to take the AppleSoft ROMs off the card and put them on
the motherboard. The machine then functioned as a ][+, at least to
the Videx software. I still have the faux Integer Basic ROM card.
This suggests that your ][+ ROMs may work correctly in the ][.
