The RamFAST uses Macintosh-style partitioning.  FWIW, I also had trouble
when my 80MB drive died and I switched to a 2GB.  I went to an Apple HS
SCSI card, which made booting GS/OS a much longer experience.  I miss
rebooting into ProDOS 8 in half a second. :-(
