Applesoft Basic Reference Manual
Not that I know HOW it was done, but here is a beautiful example of
turning a paper manual into a PDF. Each logical page holds a 2-page
opening, very nicely formatted (not sure if it's preserved formatting
because I don't have the original to compare), and _selectable_text_
that you can copy and paste! Somebody took a lot of trouble.
Pity it's all in French :(
