One way is to put it all on hard drive images in Kegs, and
rename them ISO, then burn each one to a CD using other
than one time burn or whatever it's called so it'll let you burn
another one to the same disk. Or, create a Mac image using
HFV Explorer, fill it with your Apple II stuff, letting it make
the conversion how it wants to, then rename is ISO and
burn the whole thing to the CD. Be sure to not make the
open HFS image larger than 650MB though. I have done the
second method, but not the first, so it's up to you if you want
to try it. :o)
