OK, finally got around to creating an archive of the Rana 2.0 disk last 
night.  It was done with ShrinkIt 3.4 wrapped in a Binary II wrapper.  
Also included the file as the same ShrinkIt archive, but zipped for 
those that would have problems downloading a .bxy file.
