Did anyone notice this at the bottom of the provided URL?

"Note: there's no operating system on either disk. It runs from System 6 
like a charm though."

So one would need to load GS/OS in the emulator, then "insert" the disk 
image in a drive and then launch the program in the disk image. 
Somewhere I found a 2mg for a hard drive to boot GSOS already installed 
and loaded.  :)
