I've been working on an answer for John - but it's slightly more than 
that as the ProDOS boot block files need to be dropped into the 
AppleShare system folder. Though they might be in there as part of 
AppleShare for all I know - it's so long since I set everything up!

I had a disk that worked for the install. It's bugging me that I can't 
remember which is which.
