It looks like he's just selling a floppy disk, not a drive.
Anyway which SCSI card you have will effect your choice of drives.

Right now I have a ramfast with a 4X NEC with my IIe and I think it's a
CD150 on a Rev C SCSI card on a II+.

Once the hardware's set up then there's the problem of CDs. If you're
burning your own, you can of course make up some ProDOS partitioned CDs.
If you want to read HFS CDs you can use HFSLink or A2FX. I've never had
any PC CDs around so I never looked into reading them.
