Apple2gs serial port to PC serial port adapter

I already have the apple printer cable with mini-din8 plug at each end.
Seems like there should be a small pin adapter that would connect the
mini-din8 male cable to the Dsub9 male port that is on all standard PCs. I
was able to find a PS2 mouse to serial port adapter that looks very much
like what I would need but the PS2 end is wrong.
Having trouble locating such an adapter.
