Yes, it says Apple Computer 'Liron'. There is IF-98 and 1-616--130-12
on the card

I could not see a model number. It says Apple 3.5 Drive  Serial Number
S8BOPN2. There is a female plug on the back for daisy-chaining to
another drive.
