Writing BIN file to floppy

Hello,

I have a couple of Apple II disk images that are .bin files. What is the 
best way to go about writing them to a floppy disk (using either Linux 
or Windows) so that they can be read on an Apple II?

Just to clarify, these images will open in the emulator AppleWin and get 
it running, but other than this, I don't know too much about their 
format.
