If that doesn't do what you want, take a look at this for your Windows
machine.  It appears do do much the same thing.  I just tried it with my
machine and I was able to telnet out from my windows machine, additionally I
was able to set up incoming telnet to redirect to the apple.  It may be what
TCPSER already does (I only looked briefly) but too many options never
killed anyone :)  erm.. that I know of.
