There was something about it in the book West of Eden. IIRC, it was given
out a a yearly sales conference, probably 1987.

I picked up an official Apple audio tape, with hits like "Apple II
Forever" and "Blue Busters" (to the tune of "Ghost Busters"- Blue being
Big Blue, aka IBM.)
Anyone know the history of this gem? The latest date I can find on it
is 1987.
