Not without hacking the Finder. Maybe edit a resource or something? Try
editing a WIND resource... they usually define window templates that the
system toolbox uses.
But then again, the use of the Resource Manager on the Apple II is not as
"resourceful" as the Macintosh counterpart... while there is a Resource
Manager on the Apple IIGS, the rest of the toolbox still expects you to
set up structures and pass pointers to them through their system calls!
