Ugh. In my experience the AppleColor composite monitors lacked combfilters, so a regular composite video signal looked HORRIBLE, withrelentless dot crawl.

Comb filters weren't needed to display the Apple II's video signal,since it was non-interlaced and every line's color burst was clocked thesame...
